To practice calisthenics has been a long-term goal for me and when I started my journey I didn't know how or where to look for a good routine. When I came across Frank's programs and routines, I decided to start off with them and have had amazing results in achieving the kind of body I want to. I've only just started and have
had great results so far. I've got a long way to go to and bigger goals to achieve and these routines have opened up the way for me and has definitely been a life changing decision. A big thank you to the awesome work Frank does and the daily inspiration he is. Can't wait for the next set of workout routines to come out. They're super fun and creative and make me feel great that I can do things with my body that seemed almost impossible a few months ago.
