I made the switch to BODYWEIGHT TRAINING many years ago. I wanted a more natural approach to training that I could do anywhere and didn’t need a gym membership or equipment to workout. I wanted to train this way because I knew if I could come up with a program that did just that; I would be able to help more people improve their lives, their natural health and self-confidence.
