Loosing the weight was the easy part staying motivated and staying dedicated was the difficult part... Until I came across Frank Medrano training and his technique of calisthenics and body weight training...I have never felt more leaner, more honest about how strong I really am. And I have tried just about every kind of training there is!! I have become a personal trainer just because I know what it takes because I have learned from the best. Calisthenics is difficult, very challenging, however the benefits of enduring those workouts is well worth it. Trust me I know what it takes to do it..... To conquer that fear of not knowing if you can push yourself up, or pull yourself up... But if you can look up you can get up!
Frank Medrano is a hero to me and he keeps me motivated and passionate about what I do as a personal trainer!!!
Without his help, without his videos, his motivation tips I would have gave up a long time ago.....
But..... look at me now!!!
