The structure was excellent. When I started I struggled with a single pull up. Day by day due to the structure of the content I could see myself progressing a half rep each day to the point when I could do 4 x 8 pull ups with no negatives. I underestimated how important it is to note your progression and use it as a source of motivation! The variety of exercises is the key for keeping me interested and looking forward to the workouts. Looking forward to the next program!
