When you want something bad enough, let that drive push you to make it happen. Sometimes you’ll run into brick walls that are put there to test you. Find a way around them and stay focused on your dream. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Frank was able to bring me what nobody had ever done before. Training hard and having fun I transformed myself. I followed his program because who better than him could create something effective.

I wasn’t sure how to train and always kept trying different methods and exercises for working out. I was constantly seeing little results.
